RE : EXPIRATION OF TENANCY
COMPANY NAME : WEALTH INSPIRATION SDN. BHD.
LOT NO : L1-099 & L1-99A

With reference to the above and your request to continue the Tenancy on monthly basis, we are pleased to offer you the following terms and conditions:-

  1. that your expiration date will be on 11th December 2018;
  2. you have requested to extend our tenancy till 28th February 2019 with a rental of RM15,813.00 per month effective on 12th December 2018;
  3. you shall continue to pay rent and utilities bill until 28th February 2019;
  4. you shall pay monthly rent in advance on or before the seventh (7th) day of each month failing which, overdue interest will be charged;
  5. you shall not stop business before 22nd February 2019;
  6. that you shall vacate and return the Demised Premises to us Not Later than 28th February 2019, penalty RM1,000.00 per day will be imposed for returning the premises late to the management;
  7. on a goodwill basis, the management will offset the outstanding amount from your deposits;
  8. all your deposits will be refunded accordingly, if there is no outstanding balance.
