In view of your decision to terminate the Tenancy for the above Demised Premises before the Tenancy expiry date, we would like to highlight to that you have breached clause 6.2 of Tenancy Agreement.
You have informed that:-
- you would like to terminate the tenancy on 14th October 2018;
- you have agreed to pay all outstanding rental & utilities until 14th October 2018;
- you have agreed to vacate and return the Demised Premises to us Not Later than 14th October 2018, otherwise, penalty of RM1,000.00 per day will be imposed for returning the premises late to the management;
- on a goodwill basis, the management will offset the outstanding amount from your deposits;
- all your current balance of deposits will be refunded accordingly to you, if there is no outstanding amount.
