2. Agreed Tenure : 01.11.2019 to 30.11.2019
3. Agreed Rental : RM8,000.00
4. Security Deposit : RM8,000.00 (Renewal)
5. Operation Hours : 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
6. Venue : Lot No S01&S02, Level 1, KSL City
7. Area : 200sq.ft
8. Permitted Use : For display and retail of Xsen Towels, socks & sport accessorires only.
9. Termination : The Landlord shall has the absolute right to terminate this Letter of Offer and forfeit the foregoing deposits without prejudice to any right of action the Landlord may have against the Tenant in respect of:
i. any antecedent breach of the term and conditions herein contained;
ii. any rent respecting the unexpired Term; and
iii. any loss or damage suffered or sustained by the Landlord.

To accept this Letter of Offer, please sign below and return a duplicate copy together with the Agreed Rental of RM8,000 to KSL Properties Sdn Bhd within 7 days from the date of this letter. Failing which, this letter shall be considered void.
