RE: EXPIRATION OF TENANCY AGREEMENT DATED 07.12.2018 ("the Tenant")
Tenant : STARGAZER MARKETING (JM0840504-V)
Landlord : KSL PROPERTIES SDN BHD (711917-U)
Demised Premises : GF-S02B-1

In view of your decision of not renewing Tenancy of the above Demised Premises with effect from 16th December 2019 and in accordance with Section of 7.01 of Tenancy Agreement dated 17th December 2018, we would like to confirm the followings:-

  1. that your expiration date will be on 16th DECEMBER 2019;
  2. you shall continue to pay rent and utilities bill until 16th DECEMBER 2019;
  3. you shall not stop business before 14th DECEMBER 2019;
  4. that you shall vacate and return the Demised Premises to us Not Later than 16th DECEMBER 2019, penalty RM1,000.00 per day will be imposed for returning the premises late to the management;
  5. on a goodwill basis, the management will offset the outstanding amount from your deposits;
  6. all your deposits will be refunded accordingly, if there is no outstanding balance.
