RMA Service Procedure
  • Our product is design in modular design; hence it allows a fast repair procedure
  • The components like Battery, HDD and DVD Drive can be exchanged by the user without special tools.
    If only one of these components is defective, it can be replaced easily.
  • The customer is not authorized to open the device cover due to EMI and IP sealing issue, or else the warranty void.
  • All repair works have to be performed by our RMA Department located at:
    62 Ubi Road 1, #10-03 Oxley Bizhub 2 Singapore 408734.
