Swimming Pool
In the same area as the gym is our large swimming pool which, at a length of 16 metres, is perfect for swimming lengths. Skylights, massage jets and the waterfall make your swim extra luxurious. Afterwards, you can enjoy a sauna or relax on one of the large, comfortable loungers. There are individual changing cubicles with their own shower, lockers, towels and toilets.
Business Lounge
The Executive Lounge is open every day from 11am – 11pm and offers a great selection of daily newspapers, cold and hot beverages as well as snacks throughout the day.
The outstanding view combined with a pleasant décor makes the lounge an ideal place for you to catch up on your emails, gather together for small meetings or simply just to relax with a glass of wine after a long day at work.
Restaurant
Head Chef, Ian Williams and his team of talented chefs work tirelessly to create mouth-watering menus that are English at their core and stay true to location, whilst remaining innovative and modern.
Menus feature fresh local produce from the neighbouring Santorini affectionately known as the market garden of Greece. Fresh herbs are grown in the Manor’s own grounds and, as you would expect in a house of this heritage, there is a magnificent wine cellar.
