Delivery Information

Delivery Johor Bahru Area (Kulai, Skudai, Iskandar Puteri, Ulu Tiram & Johor Bahru).

Delivery is available 5 days a week (excluding weekend and Public Holiday), and yes we offer same day flower delivery.

Same day deliveries order must be received by 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00).
For order received after 12noon (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.

Normal delivery times are 8:30am-5pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) daily for orders going to a office,.

Specific Times : We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may request a time frame in the comments box when ordering.

Sunday/Public Holidays/Festival Seasons (Eg : Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year)
Delivery Times : No specific time.

Delivery Outside Johor Bahru Area

Order must be placed at least 3 days in advance excluding Sunday and Public Holidays, before the desired delivery time.

Failed Delivery

If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), we reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.

Re-arrange Delivery

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of RM30 is applicable.

If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Returns/ Refund Policy

​Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made.
