Mr Lai Kok Fai is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the HFS Heavy Industries Group, and has held the position since 2003. He is resposible for the strategic vision, overall management, operations and growth of the HFS Group of Companies. Mr. Lai has more than 15 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of project management for the structural and mechanical construction of power generating plants hull structural and piping construction of coastal tanker, FSO, FPSO and Tender Barges, as well as oil & gas super-structures such as Semi-Submersible FPS, Truss SPAR and various types of oil rigs in the offshore oil and gas marine engineering sector.
