- 1. Opening hours are from 8am to 11.59pm daily. The Management reserves the right to change the opening hours ot temporarily close the area at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without payment of any compensation.
- 2. Please take care of your personal belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- 3. The users must be properly attired for safety purpose. Jeans, slippers, sandals, sharp or heeled shoes of any kind are not allowed.
- 4. Users must undertake with appropriate guarantee to indemnify the management in respect of any claims or a series of claims that may be directed against the owners as a result of any negligence, injuries, loss or accidents howsoever caused, whether fatal or otherwise to the users.
- 5. The users must acknowledge and authorize the management to enforce the specific rules in an undertaking and also the general rules by the unit owners.
